Terms &
Conditions
1.
Booking of 1 night per stay is required (reduced rates for 5 or more
nights apply)
2. The
apartment is designed for a maximum of 6 guests per night. If there are
more guests than agreed and listed in the Booking Form, the Proprietor
or his Agent reserve the right to ask the extra guests to leave or
terminate the booking with no refund applicable.
3. A deposit of 20% of the total booking price is required to confirm
booking. A receipt for Deposit payment and a Booking Confirmation will
then be emailed to you. (The dates you request will be held for you for
3 days after receipt of the completed Booking Form. If the Booking
Deposit is not paid within 3 days of receipt of the Booking Form the
dates may be released to other prospective guests.)
4. The balance of the full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
A receipt for Full Payment and a Check-in Voucher will then be emailed
to you.
5. Electricity, gas and water used is included in the price unless
otherwise stated.
6. Payment to be paid to us directly.
7. A
refundable Breakages Deposit of RM100 must be paid in cash to the
Proprietor's local agent on receipt of keys (or by card/bank payment 7
days before check-in). You will be issued with a receipt for the
Breakages Deposit payment. On check-out the deposit will be returned to
you in full provided there is no loss or damage to the apartment’s
contents, fabric or structure for which a fair and appropriate deduction
may be made. Please note that in particular if keys, remote control
devices, art decor are lost or not left in the apartment when you
depart, you will be charged to cover full replacement costs. In
addition, there is a surcharge of RM50 to open the door if keys are
locked inside the apartment.
The apartment
is non-smoking. Any cost incurred to remove tobacco odours and damage
may be deducted from your Damages Deposit. Smoking is allowed on the 2
balconies of the apartment.
8. Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will incur a loss of
deposit.
9. Cancellation within 5 days of your stay will result in full payment
being charged.
10. Housekeeping is not included but spare bedding and towels are
provided along with washing machine. Room servicing may be available on
prior request for an additional price per service.
11. There is no telephone or Internet connection provided but nearby
Coffee Bean and Starbucks provide Hotspot Wi-Fi Internet access to their
patrons. An intercom in the apartment provides communication to the
Security Guards.
12. As this is a privately owned apartment, it is asked that you respect
this as a Non Smoking apartment but you are welcome to smoke on
the balconies.
13. It is regretted that family pets and animals are not permitted.
14. It is recommended that you arrange your own travel insurance prior
to your stay as the apartment's insurance does not cover guests'
personal belongings.
15. The Proprietor or his agents accepts no responsibility for any
loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
16. The proprietor and his agents will endeavour to maintain all
facilities and appliances in full working order and in the event of any
malfunction, will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
17. Should events arise beyond the control of the proprietor and his
agents, regarding the availability of this property, then the booking
may be cancelled by the proprietor, in which event, all moneys paid as
deposit or booking charges shall be refunded in full, and the lessee
shall have no further claims against the proprietor or his agents.
